ISD Senior Secondary English School observed World Population Day on 11 July 2026 with the theme, “Realising the Hopes and Aspirations of Young People – Today and for the Future.”
As part of the observance, an online poster-making activity was conducted for the students of Classes IV to XII. Students enthusiastically created attractive and thought-provoking posters highlighting the importance of population awareness, sustainable development, and empowering young people to build a better future. They submitted photographs of their posters to their respective class teachers.
The activity encouraged students to reflect on global population issues and express their ideas creatively while reinforcing the significance of responsible citizenship and youth empowerment.
