Nabi Dinam and Teachers’ Day were celebrated at ISD Senior Secondary English School on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.
The event was organized under the leadership of the Classes X & XII students. The school Head Girl, Noora V.P., delivered the welcome speech, while the Head Boy, S.A.P. Muhammed Tufail, presided over the function. Deputy Head Girl, Fathimathul Marwa, and Mess Prefect, Aliya Muhammed Hamza, delivered felicitation speeches.
Principal Mr. T.P. Suresh Poduval, ISD Chairman Mr. K.M. Ashraf (Grand Tejas), CEO Mr. Muhammed Sayed, Treasurer Mr. Kakkulath Abdul Khader, School Vice Chairman Mr. Shoukathali, and Vice Principal Ms. Divya K.P. were the chief guests on the occasion.
Principal was honoured by Management and Staff for his contributions as a true leader on the occasion. Thereafter, alll the teachers, non-teaching staff, and other employees were honored with mementoes by the management and the Principal. Treasurer Kakkulath Abdul Khader was specially honored for his contributions to the media sector.
As part of Nabi Dinam celebrations, Zifran of Class VIII sang a devotional song. Students also organized a variety of fun competitions for teachers. A group dance by the Plus Two students and a mehndi designing competition added colour to the event.
Students of Classes X and XII took over the role of teachers and conducted classes as well. School Deputy Head Boy Muhammed Falah proposed the vote of thanks.
