Doctor’s Day was celebrated at ISD Senior Secondary English School under the leadership of the Event Committee.
Vice Principal Ms. Divya K.P. delivered the welcome address. The ISD treasurer, Mr. Kakkulath Abdul Khader, presided over the function. The Principal, Mr. T.P. Suresh Pothuval, delivered the keynote address.
Doctors from the School Management Committee were honoured during the function – Dr. P.V. Aboobacker (Vice Chairman), Dr. Ahmed Shafi (Manager), and Dr. Jasna (Executive Member). Additionally, alumni doctors – Dr. Ismail Ahmed, Dr. Sadiya Abdul Nassar, and Dr. Shameena K.P – were also felicitated.
All the doctors present shared their experiences with the students. Students from Classes 8, 9, and 11 had their queries about the medical field .
The tiny tots of the KG section, dressed as doctors, delighted the audience with their appearance.
Ms. M.V. Seena, the Middle Section Coordinator, delivered vote of thanks.
Ms. Sheeba, the Primary Section Coordinator, was the anchor for the programme.
