Family Day was celebrated in a scintillating manner highlighting the bond that ISD has with the parents.
Parents were given with a grand Reception .They were accompanied by School Band Team and Students Reception Team in a colourful manner.
The Guest of the Day was selected from the parents itself by drawing lots.It was cheering and nostalgic that Dr.Jasna, beloved parent, daughter of Dr.K.P.O .Sulaiman the Founder President of ISD became the Chief Guest by coincidence.
Mr.Muhammed Saad,CEO,Dr.Aboobacker, Vice Chairman, Mr.Thayyil Ahammed Haji,Sr.Executive.Mr. Kakkulath Abdul Khader, Treasurer, Mr.T.P. Suresh Poduval, Principal, Mrs.Divya.K.P, Vice Principal and Mrs.Sheeba. A,Primary Section Coordinator were present on the occasion of the Inauguration Ceremony.
The Welcome Dance and Oppana presented by Primary Children made the official ceremony vibrant.
The Food Expo- The Taste of Malabar in which the parents presented delicious Healthy Drinks and Snacks added extra flavour to the programme.
Nutrition Charts were also presented by the parents.
